    Stunning images.

Just curious: How did that raccoon encounter work out? They can be so nasty.

The poor girl is blind and was relieved that we kept our distance. Racoons in my area are shy since the coyotes moved in last year.

Stay safe Emma and Miles. Coyotes in our area run in packs even during the day. One close encounter with our first Welsh was enough for me!

There were so many great photographs in this post. I think my favourite was Miles on the dumpster. Miles, the King of the Welsh Terriers!!!

Thank you Gail, yes, coyotes are a serious danger. Thankfully ours hunt at night. I don't dare take Miles out then! Recently my friend was walking her dog, and thought to herself, "oh no, someone lost their poor dog!" She walked closer down the alleyway in the darkness, and realized. It was a coyote!

Thanks Anth! So glad you enjoyed it. Its one of my favorite photoshoots now. That is one of my favorites too… Funniest part? I was taking the pictures of him on it, and felt something behind me. Turned around, and two auto mechanics with FULL armloads of trash were patiently waiting. I was a bit embarrassed and apologetic… !
