Last weekend, Suzanne and I took Miles and Axel (half brothers) for a beach excursion.
We met several terriers on our way to the beach. First, we met a Wire Fox Terrier.
Hello there, handsome.
Terrier mirror-imagine #1.
We continued on our walk. Axel made sure the humans tossed the ball.
Miles was our greeting party.
Soon, we ran into a man with an Airedale and a senior Welsh Terrier (duo above).
Axel took a break with his ball while Miles socialized.

Ms Airedale posed for me. What a cutie.
Miles liked her too.
Axel waited patiently while the rest of us chatted.
Miles stopped briefly to look for BBQ remnants…
…and then lead the way to the beach.
Miles: “Come on guys!”
The real beach dog was Axel. He wasn’t too sure about the little waves…
…but he quickly got over his fears to retrieve a ball.
Axel has the doggie paddle down.
“Come back Miles, quit socializing, the water is great!”
“Okay Axel, I’m coming”
“Bro, watch where you fling that water!”
Miles’ sand ‘stache.
Axel’s happy face.
The brothers agreed — Sundays don’t get much better than this.
